The cleaning machine adopts bubble cleaning to effectively separate the surface attachments of the cleaned object, simulate the basic action of manual cleaning, and effectively avoid phenomena such as collision, knocking, and scratching during manual cleaning, improving work efficiency and transforming manual operation into mechanized processing. Suitable for various fresh vegetables, salted vegetables, fungi, and seafood. According to the different proportions of the cleaned materials, two models were designed: full mesh belt type and half mesh belt type. The half mesh belt type is suitable for materials with a specific gravity less than or equal to water, while the full mesh belt type is suitable for materials with a specific gravity greater than water or materials that are afraid of collision damage.
Working principle: The machine consists of a water tank, a hoist, a circulating flushing water pump, a transmission part, and other components. During operation, due to the presence of water pressure, fruits and vegetables vigorously roll and stir in the water. After filtering, the cleaning water is pressurized by the circulating flushing pump to the inlet nozzle for backwashing. The direction of the nozzle is adjustable, and the material is flushed again by the high-pressure water sprayed out by the nozzle and drifts towards the outlet direction. The outlet handles the scraper hoist, and the speed of the scraper hoist is adjustable (adjust the speed of the scraper hoist to the required production capacity). The washed fruits and vegetables are sent to the next process (a spray pipe can be added to the outlet scraper hoist according to user requirements for further spraying). Different lifting structures can also be processed according to different materials of the user.
Equipment usage process:
1. Turn on the main power switch, start the fan, and start the mesh belt transmission. (Attention: The direction of the conveyor belt cannot be reversed. After connecting the power, be sure to test drive first!)
2. After sterilizing the packaging, the bagged seasoning air drying production line evenly and smoothly places the items that need to be air dried into the feeding end, and adjusts the conveyor speed of the mesh belt according to the length of time the raw materials need to be air dried.

4. Do not put hard or sharp objects into the machine while working, and do not probe your body into the equipment while it is in operation.
